RETURN INSTRUCTIONS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date
- The goods must be clean, unworn and complete
- The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (except for Germany and Austria)
RETURNS FROM GERMANY AND AUSTRIA
- Please go to our returns portal
- Log in with your zip code and order number
- Choose the article and the reason
- Select the parcel service and the delivery point
- Check the input and confirm
RETURNS FROM EUROPE / INTERNATIONAL
- Pack the goods in a shipping carton and write "Return of German Merchandise" on the package and take the package to a shipping service provider
- If necessary, fill out the appropriate customs form
- The costs for a return from abroad are to be borne by the buyer himself

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Returns will be processed by us within 48 hours (working days) after arrival of the package and the purchase amount will be refunded. In exceptional cases it may take a little longer.
COMPLAINMENTS / DEFECTS
Defects that appear on your item within 2 years of the date of purchase can be reported to us. We would like to point out that there is no legal entitlement to this if the time of purchase was more than 6 months ago.
Moreover, a claim for complaint only applies to the goods purchased from us in our online shop. Products that you have bought from other retailers must be reported to this retailer.
If you discover a defect in your bag, please contact us using the contact form. Please enter your name and the order number so that we can process your request quickly. If we agree to the complaint, we will first try to find a replacement item for you. If we cannot provide an equivalent item, we will usually refund the purchase price without the initial shipping costs.
We reserve the right to take a closer look at the item's defect. If there is a product defect that is not due to normal wear and tear, you have the choice of whether we issue a credit note for our online shop or pay you the purchase amount. It is important that you have previously given us your bank or PayPal details so that we can make the refund immediately.
