1. Scope

   1. 1. 1 The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between the customer and DEPARTMENTGREEN GMBH [GG&L].
   2. 1. 2 The General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the contract become part of the contract.
   3. 1. 3 We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers and only in normal household quantities.

2. Copyright and industrial property rights

   1. 2. 1 The contents of this website are legally protected. It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute or use for commercial purposes any material protected by copyright, trademark law, competition law or any other way, in particular texts, images, graphics, software, videos, music, brands, logos and other company identifiers, without prior written consent use.

4. Conclusion of contract/ terms of delivery

   1. 4. 1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.
   2. 4. 2 By clicking the "buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart, which represents the offer to DEPRTMENTGREEN GMBH.
   3. 4. 3 The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent.
   4. 4. 4 We can accept your order by sending you an order confirmation email.
   5. 4. 5 The risk of damage passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the customer, otherwise when the customer is in default of acceptance.

5. Revocation instructions

   1. 5. 1 Right of withdrawal
      You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or has.       by means of a clear explanation (e.g. B a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also use the cancellation form or another clear statement on our website (shop. george-gina-lucy. com/shop/de) electronically and submit. If you make use of this option, we will inform you immediately (e.g. B by e-mail) confirming receipt of such a revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

   2. 5. 2 Consequences of revocation:
      1. a) If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose a different method of delivery than ours offered, cheap standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
      2. b) We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
      3. c) You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.

6. Payment

   1. 6. 1 The prices are given in euros including statutory sales tax. Payment options available to the customer are PayPal, payment by immediate transfer, or credit card
   2. 6. 2 Payment by credit card is only permitted if the customer is also the owner of the credit card. If you choose this payment method, DEPARTMENTGREEN GMBH is authorized to charge the credit card account when ordering the goods.
   3. 6. 3 Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and that payments must be made to Klarna. 7. Warranty

   1. 7. 1 We reserve the right to deviate in structure and color insofar as these are in the nature of the materials used and are customary in the trade.
   2. 7. 2 When asserting warranty rights, the defectiveness of the item must be pointed out and, in contrast to the right of return (see § 5), it must be stated whether a replacement delivery is desired. The right of return according to § 5 of the present contractual conditions also applies in the event of a warranty.

10. Final Provisions

    1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

11. Retention of title

    1. 11. 1The delivered goods remain the property of DEPARTMENTGREEN GMBH until the claim against the customer arising from this purchase contract has been settled in full.
    2. 11. 2The customer is obliged to treat the goods with care during the existence of the retention of title.
    3. 11. 3He must notify DEPARTMENTGREEN GMBH immediately of a change in ownership of the goods and a change of address.
