CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are generally possible as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (CET) are dispatched on the same working day, later orders are dispatched on the following working day.

SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER

We deliver within Europe with DHL. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Please note that the status of your shipment will be updated on the evening of the order day at the earliest.

SHIPPING COSTS / DELIVERY TIMES

The shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at check-out.

INSURANCE

Your order is insured until it arrives. The arrival may have to be confirmed by a signature from the shipping service provider. If the package is left with a neighbor or a desired location and it is lost as a result, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the goods.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Deliveries to third countries are tax-free export deliveries according to the German Value Added Tax Act § 4 No.1a UStG. If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. We recommend that you ask the customs or tax authorities for information on any duties before ordering.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK), the price shown includes UK VAT. In the event of a return, any customs duties, handling fees and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
